Mr Dean took Year 3/4 and Year 5/6 football teams to play at Langley Prep school. Year 3/4 played well but were defeated 6-0. However, Year 5/6 won 8-0. The match report on the Langley website says we were “very strong, experienced and ruthless. Poringland moved the ball quickly, played to their strengths and worked excellently as a team.”
In February 2017, 2 of our pupils qualified for the Norfolk School Games Cross Country Finals which was held at Gresham’s School in Holt. A huge congratulations to Amelia who WON her age group. She beat 76 girls. An honourable mention to Albie who came 22nd out of 72.
