During the Spring Term 2018, the infant classes have been enjoying learning about The Great Fire of London in 1666. We finished off our topic by making models of Tudor buildings.
We arranged the buildings to make a city of London, including Pudding Lane Bakery and St. Paul’s Cathedral.
Then, we recreated the fire, to see how quickly it spread from building to building.
Following our very own ‘great fire’, we were visited by Norfolk Fire Service. We enjoyed asking the firefighters questions. We all enjoyed seeing the fire engine and using the hoses.
